Essay

The dissertation is devoted the decision of scientific and technical tasks on the increase of efficiency of control system by telecommunication networks. The methods of construction of control system by telecommunication networks are analyzed. It is proposed for the sphere of information communications management to use the concept of TMN taking into account the provisions of Smart TMN and the composite approach based on the combination of technologies CORBA - Java. The structure of the management system for telecommunications operator activity is developed, as well as the place of the system of management of networks of infocommunications in its structure. The functional model of the system of management of networks of infocommunications is developed in accordance with the ideology of interaction of open systems, concepts TMN and Smarrt TMN.
