The thesis is devoted to systematic and thorough analysis of the adaptation of national labor legislation on liability to the European Union. In this work examined the legal nature of liability in labor law, made retrospective analysis of formation and development responsibility in labor law. Disclosed the essence and peculiarities of adaptation of national legislation on liability to the European Union. Explored theoretical description of the legal sources of European Union law on liability in labor law. Determined areas of adaptation of national legislation on liability to the European Union and disclosed their content. Established proposals improving the adaptation of national legislation on liability to the European Union. Formed ways of adoption positive foreign experience in the study area.
