Romaniuk R. The emergence, change and termination of labor relations with judges

The dissertation is devoted to the complex analysis of the legal principles of the emergence, change and termination of labor relations of judges in the context of judicial reform in Ukraine. The research examines the international standards for the formation of the judiciary and the current status of legal regulation of the selection of judges in accordance with the national legislation; also it studies the system of requirements for judges and the procedure for their training; the bases and conditions for the emergence and change of labor relations of judges are defined, stages and procedure for selecting judges, peculiarities of their transfer, dismissal of judges and termination of authority are studied as well; the role of legal guarantees in the mechanism of dismissal of judges and termination of their powers were clarified. A considerable attention is paid to the analysis of legal facts that contribute to the emergence of labor relations between judges, as well as issues of professional selection of judges according to national and international legal regulation. Some proposals on the improvement of domestic legislation in the investigated sphere were made.
