Essay

The dissertation is devoted to theoretical and experimental research of the process of removal of walnuts by the transmission of skeletal branches of vibration da-maging perturbation efforts. In the work the manual vibration shaker is proposed to be supplemented with a shock mechanism and a plucked hook that provides agrotechnical-ly necessary complete removal without damaging the branches and the negative effect of vibration on the hands of the worker-collector. The model of the system "manual vibration shock shaker – fruit branch" was de-veloped, which reflects the theoretical dependences of the interaction of manual shaker of walnuts with the skeletal branch. The parameters of the manual vibration shaker of walnuts are theoretically substantiated. The dependences of displacement, speed and acceleration of the branch in the place of capture from the frequency of shaking, the distance of capture, the gap between the sliding cups in the shock mechanism, the di-rection of the oscillation and the diameter of the branch at the base are established. The power of shaking walnuts from skeletal branches with a manual vibration shaker is cal-culated. The effectiveness of the vibration shock mode versus vibration is proved. The mechanical and technological properties of skeletal branches of walnut trees in relation to the mechanization of fruit-bearing works have been investigated. The regularities of the changes in the acceleration of the fruit branches, the productivity and completeness of nuts removal, the damage of the crust at the site of grabbing, the breaking of the branches, and also the estimation of oscillations on the handles of the shaker from the point of view of safe working conditions of the harvester were deter-mined. Productivity of hand-made vibration shaker of walnuts per hour is 8,57 trees/h, the maximum shaking power is 670 watts, the annual economic effect of the use of modernized manual vibro shock shaker of fruits is 176.4 thousand UAH.
