Essay

The thesis is devoted to the creation of the information technology of audio signals identification in control systems of unmanned aircraft systems based on the developed methods of the operator verification and identification on the formation of the speech signal biometric features. The main scientific results of the thesis are: the method of effective width of the speech signal spectrum was developed, which allows to spend identification and verification of the Unmanned Aerial Vehicle operator, based on the analysis of the voice prints informative components in the conditions of noise high level of various origin; for the first time was developed a method of highest information weight of the fundamental tone, which is based on the use of the spectral representation most informative components of the speech signal fingerprint; the information technology of unmanned aviation complex management has been improved. Information technology creation for the unmanned aerial systems management is ensured by the introduction of the developed identification methods. The use of operator identification methods makes it possible to create a system for distinguishing between access to the control of an aircraft and thereby to ensure the continuity of the operation of an unmanned aerial system control information system.
