Pylyp V. The Administrative and Legal Status of the Antiterrorist Operation’ Participants

The thesis is devoted to and practical questions of the administrative the detailed investigation of the theoretical and legal status of the participants of the antiterrorist operation. The analysis of the guarantees of the provision of the legal and administrative status of participants in the anti-terrorist operation has been carried out and proposals for its improvement have been developed. The work also carried out the comprehensive analysis of the concept and content of the administrative and legal status of the antiterrorist operation’ participants and the administrative and legal mechanism for ensuring the legal status of participants in the antiterrorist operation in Ukraine.
