Danylina Y. Legal Regulation of the Social Dialogue in Ukraine

The thesis defines the concept and essence of the social dialogue in the national labor law in terms of the development of Ukraine as a social state. It is noted that the origins of the legal construct «social dialogue» in Ukraine should be sought in the Constitution of Ukraine of 1996 which defined the vector of the development of Ukraine as a social state. The legal construct of «social dialogue» has now been formed and is successfully functioning precisely in order to achieve these high goals. The social dialogue is considered not only as a system of relations, but as a long-term process of relations between employees, an employer and the state, which is formed during the implementation of their socio-economic rights and responsibilities in the system of social and labor relations, which continues, first of all, when resolving current undisputed issues, as well as in case of any misunderstandings
