The thesis analyzes the legal regulation of the use of information and communication technologies in terms of building the Information Society. Characterized theoretical and methodological principles of research evidence generated using information and communication technologies and the impact of the Europeanization of Administrative Law of Ukraine on the directions of the Institute of proof in cases of administrative offenses in respect of new types of evidence. Considered digital evidence created using information and communication technologies in the context of the evidence as part of the evidence in the proceedings on administrative offenses. Generalized foreign experience of legal regulation of new types of evidence. The ways of improvement of legislation on the use of digital evidence. Proposed amendments to the law of Ukraine regarding the use of new types of evidence in cases of administrative offenses.
