Miasnikov V. Adaptive management of innovation potential of machine-building enterprises

The dissertation work is devoted to actual problems of theoretical, methodical and practical aspects of the adaptive innovative potential management by machine-building enterprises. The theoretical bases are investigated in the thesis, the economy essence of concepts «management», «adaptive management of the enterprise», «potential» and «innovative potential of the enterprise» are specified; the theoretical and methodological aspects of the introduction of the adaptive management of the innovative potential of machine-building enterprises are generalized and developed. The system of indicators of an estimation innovative potential by machine-building enterprises in limits of adaptive management which selection is carried out on the basis of the criterial approach is generated in work; a scientific-methodical to approach assessment of the state and level of innovative potential of machine-building enterprises in the context whith adaptive management and assessment of the impact of innovative risks on a innovation potential of machine-building enterprises was developed. The mechanism to adaptive management of innovative potential of enterprises is improved. The scientifically-practical approach to forecasting the innovative potential of engineering enterprises is based on the basis of which it the use of the autoregressive-moving average model with ARIMA intervention and suggested possible development scenarios and development strategies. The main provisions of the work by the practical results of their implementation at machine-building enterprises are confirmed.
