Martynuik M. Economic regulation of land relations in agriculture.

The thesis is devoted to the development of methodological provisions and practical recommendations aimed at improving the economic regulation of land relations in agriculture. The theoretical bases of regulation of land relations in the agrarian sphere are revealed. The genesis of the formation and development of land relations in Ukraine is generalized and systematized. It is proposed and laid the foundation for further authors' studies of the definition of "economic regulation of land relations" as a set of forms, methods and tools, based on the action of objective economic laws and adequate regulatory and legal acts to motivate business entities to rational use of land resources, their protection and socially responsible behavior. The directions of the economic mechanism improvement of state regulation of land relations are proposed, and the strategic priorities of management of state-owned land are grounded. The conceptual bases of introduction of market circulation of agricultural land in Ukraine are developed. Methodical approaches to improving the normative monetary valuation of agricultural land are worked out.
