Parfentieva O. Diagnostics of the Potential of Road Transport Enterprise Development

The economic essence of the enterprise development potential as an object of economic diagnostics is investigated. The theoretical concepts and corresponding methodical tools are generalized, the conceptual model of the potential development diagnostics of the entity is proposed. The main tendencies of the economic development of road transport enterprises are determined and diagnostics components of their development potential (production, management, financial, marketing, innovation and investment) are determined. The mechanism of diagnostics of the potential development of road transport enterprises with the justification of the corresponding means, methods, models and stages of the corresponding components diagnostics has been formed. The system of indicators was substantiated and a methodical approach was developed for the definition of the integral indicator of assessment of the potential development of a road transport enterprise on the basis of application of a discriminant function. The criteria of differentiation of development potential level are formed and the corresponding strategic alternatives to the economic development of road transport enterprises are determined.
