Nastenko M. Legal regulation of financial control over the activities of business entities in Ukraine.

The dissertation deals with the legal regulation of financial control over the activities of business entities in Ukraine. Author's definition of «public financial and economic control» as a system of special methods that are at the disposal of authorized controlling entities is provided and aimed at ensuring the legality and effectiveness of the activities of economic entities in the process of formation, distribution and use of public financial resources. Principles, functions, tasks and types are established. The system and powers of controlling entities for financial activity of economic entities are described, which is represented by a system of public financial and economic control bodies in the sphere of activity of economic entities.
