Hubsʹka Y. Material support and social services for compulsory state social insurance in case of unemployment

The dissertation is devoted to the study of material assistance and provision of social services for compulsory state social insurance in case of unemployment. The concept, principles, tasks and conditions of insurance and legislation this sphere are analyzed, the historical stages of its formation are defined, the legal status of the Fund of Obligatory State Social Insurance against Unemployment is characterized as well, its main tasks are defined, different types of material assistance and types of social services for unemployment insurance are studied either. The conditions, size and duration of the provision of material assistance in case of unemployment are determined. The possibility of using foreign experience in determining the conditions and the amount of material assistance is substantiated. Besides, we study the mutual rights and obligations of the insurer and insured persons, rights and duties of person, who provide social services and individuals or who receive them. The organizational and legal basis for the provision of social services in case of unemployment insurance were studied, as well.
