Mykytyuk V. Evaluating the effectiveness of enterprise innovation activity: investment aspect

The object is the process of innovation and investment activities of enterprises. The goal is the complex of theoretical, methodical and practical aspects of evaluation of effectiveness of the innovation activity of enterprises producing polyvinyl chloride. The methods are general and special scientific methods of: theoretical generalization and formal logic, system approach, classification, statistical analysis, graphical, expert evaluation. The results are theoretical generalization and a new solution to the scientific problem, which is to assess the efficiency of the innovation activity of enterprises taking into account the investment aspect. The novelty: the typology of the effectiveness of investment and innovation activities, the peculiarity of which is definition of the integral expression of the combination of organizational, consumer and commercial efficiency; the mechanism for evaluating the effectiveness of innovation activities, covering a system combination of constraint factors, methods and indicators of evaluation; the methods for evaluating the effectiveness of enterprise innovation activity on the basis of system analysis; the procedure for assessing the risks of innovation projects on the basis of a cognitive modeling technique based on the development of a fuzzy cognitive map using analytical procedures for information processing are improved. The interpretation of the concept of "innovative activity of the enterprise"; as well as formation of the method for evaluating the effectiveness of innovation activity, depending on its dynamism and complexity; the types of expertise of innovative projects of enterprises (external and internal, in which external experts may be involved) have got further development. Introduced in the activities of "Kenner-Ukraine" LLC, "Obltorgservis" LLC, "Tervikonplast" LLC and in the educational process of the Ternopil National Economic University. The sphere of use is the activity of enterprises producing PVC materials.
