The dissertation is devoted to the complex and thorough analysis of the problems of the administrative and legal principles of disciplinary liability of prosecutors. The problems of administrative and legal regulation of disciplinary liability of prosecutors are outlined. The tendencies of development of administrative-legal regulation of the disciplinary responsibility of prosecutors are revealed. Considered the positive foreign experience of administrative-legal regulation of disciplinary liability of prosecutors and formulated directions of its borrowing in the national administrative legislation.
