Khomenko A. Consideration of public-law disputes in the sphere of use of natural resources under administrative procedure

The research specifies the peculiarities of consideration of public-law disputes in the sphere of use of natural resources. The problems in the sphere of use of natural resources as a reason for the emergence of public-law disputes in Ukraine are investigated. The concept, characteristics and types of public-law disputes in the sphere of natural resources use are described. The ways of consideration of public-law disputes in the sphere of use of natural resources are determined. The criteria for determination of the jurisdiction of an administrative court are specified in order to ensure the effectiveness of consideration of legal disputes in sphere of use of natural resources. The categories of territorial jurisdiction (cognizance) in cases on consideration of public-law disputes in the sphere of use of natural resources in under administrative legal proceedings are described.
