Synyura-Rostun N. Territorial organization of preschool and school education in conditions of modern reforms

Object of research: socio-economic processes of territorial organization of preschool and school education (TO PSE) of the region. Purpose: to substantiate the theoretical positions and to develop methodological recommendations for the improvement of the TO PSE of the region in the conditions of modern reforms. Methods: spatial analysis and logical generalization, analysis and comparison, system-structural analysis, economic-statistical, graphic and cartographic, comparison, problem-oriented. Novelty: the conceptual approach to the development of the system of territorial organization of pre-school and school education, which is based on the structured division of the territory of the region, which allows applying differentiated approaches to the improvement of the TO PSE, taking into account the territorial features of the development of the sphere of education, methodological approaches to determining the stages in the formation of a network of reference educational institutions in the context of modern reforms, which made it possible to distinguish two main stages (preparatory and main) and suggest the next algorithm for formation of the network of reference schools: availability of high-quality road → availability of the necessary transport → formation-functioning of the reference school, approaches to the definition of the concept of "territorial organization of preschool and school education in the region", which is interpreted as a natural process of placement of a set of educational institutions of preschool and school education in space, which are united by the control system, with the combination of them into structural and territorial formations and the formation of educational nuclei of different hierarchical levels are improved. Scope of application: the Main Directorate of Education and Science of Lviv Region State Administration in planning the development of a network of preschool institutions; Department of economic development and trade of Chernivtsi Regional State Administration in realization of tasks of the State target program of support of social and economic development of small cities of Chernivtsi region; Lviv Regional Institute of Postgraduate Pedagogical Education in developing the priorities of the development of educational environment of the Lviv region; Institute of Architecture of the Lviv Polytechnic National University in the development of methodological recommendations for the disciplines "Architecture and Urban Development".
