Skvortsov S. Administrative-legal regulation of administrative supervision of persons released from places of imprisonment

The thesis contains a comprehensive and systematic study of the administrative and legal regulation of administrative supervision of persons released from places of imprisonment. A wide number of theoretical and practical issues are covered. Based on the results of the study of the historical development of the administrative supervision of persons released from places of imprisonment, on the theoretical principles and the empirical basis of the study, taking into account foreign experience, it was proposed to amend the Law of Ukraine «On the administrative supervision of persons released from places of imprisonment», as well as to approve a new Instruction on administrative supervision of persons released from places of imprisonment.
