Hynda S. Management of the processes of intellectual capitalization of Ukrainian economy.

The thesis investigates the theoretical and practical aspects of managing the processes of intellectual capitalization of the Ukrainian economy. In the thesis, the author offers their own interpretation of the essence of the concept of "intellectual capitalization". The author generalizes the existing approaches to the nature, content, and structure of intellectual capitalization. The researcher investigates the theoretical and methodological bases of management of the processes of intellectual capitalization of the economy. The article reveals the peculiarities of the intellectual capital and its impact on the national economy. It has been proven that adequate legal and administrative, financial, and informational support of the process of control can significantly affect the growth of capitalization of the intellectual economy. The rating estimation of the components of intellectual capital has been conducted. The author develops a number of methods of clustering of territorial units based on the level of the development of their intellectual capital, and the peculiarities of the management of this capital in Ukraine. To identify key factors that influence the level of intellectual capitalization of the economy, the researcher has conducted an analysis of the indicators of the macroeconomic environment. The author has formulated proposals to improve the management processes of intellectual capitalization of the economy of Ukraine, in particular, the concept of development of intellectual capitalization of the national economy, the implementation of which is proposed to be accomplished through a conceptual scenario using the organizational-economic model of regulation of management of intellectual capitalization of the economy has been developed. In the article, the author evaluates the investment and innovation levers to revitalize intellectual capitalization and provide suggestions for attracting investment and innovation in Ukraine. The priority areas for implementation of foreign experience of social inclusion in the implementation of intellectual capitalization of the economy have been identified.
