Kuzmyshyn V. Administration of appellate courts in Ukraine

The dissertation presents the solution to the scientific problem of the development of the principles of appellate courts` administration in Ukraine, based on the theory of administrative law, domestic and foreign legislation. The concept and content of the administration of appellate courts in Ukraine are formulated, the boundaries are determined and the categorical apparatus is specified. It is proved that administration of appellate courts in Ukraine is the activity of the judicial administration, which is responsible for providing appellate courts with everything necessary for the appellate court proceedings and providing to physical and legal persons qualitative judicial and administrative services carried out in the interests of citizens, the judicial branch of government and, in general, the whole society. The place and role of the Court of Appeal, as an object of administrative-legal relations, are disclosed. Law on improving the efficiency of the administration of appellate courts has been improved, in particular, regarding strengthening the independence of judges of appellate courts, the legal education of elites and the population, the irreversibility of enforcement of judgments, the provision of improved and accessible judicial and administrative services in the system of appellate courts.
