Puhach D. Administrative-legal regulation of relations in the field of auxiliary reproductive technologies

In the thesis the administrative-legal regulation of assisted reproductive technologies is revealed in its entirety and the perspective directions of its improvement are determined, taking into account the modern methods of research, the achievements of domestic and foreign legal science, as well as the norms of the current legislation of Ukraine. As a result of the conducted research a number of new scientific provisions and conclusions are offered by the candidate for a degree personally. The analysis of general principles of administrative-legal regulation of assisted reproductive technologies is carried out, concepts and features of assisted reproductive technologies as a legal phenomenon are defined. The following point is established: all categories of reproductive rights have integrated nature because they are inextricably connected to whole range of fundamental human rights – the right to life, to health protection, the right to liberty and personal security, personal privacy etc. The complex nature of these rights is determined by the fact that the elements of absolute and relative personal non-property rights are in the structure of reproductive rights. Author's scientifically proven classification of features of assisted reproductive technologies (ART) is offered.
