Shtyker Y. Administrative and Legal Principles of Licensing Activity in the Sphere of Land Relations

The dissertation is focused on determining the essence and peculiarities of administrative and legal principles of licensing activity in the field of land relations. The modern view of understanding the field of land relations as a subject matter of licensing activity and the object of administrative and legal regulation has been provided in the research. The legal regulation of licensing activity in the field of land relations has been considered; the content and specifics of the activity of subjects of licensing activity in the field of land relations have been researched; the understanding of the forms of licensing activity in the field of land relations has been clarified. Particular attention has been paid to the disclosure of certain permit procedures in the field of land relations. The author has comprehensively analyzed conciliation procedures in the field of land relations; procedures of standardization and certification in the field of land relations; procedures for conducting state expertise in the field of land relations and the procedures for obtaining other licensing documents in the field of land relations. The author has substantiated scientific and theoretical conclusions, as well as practical propositions aimed at the improvement of the legislation, the norms of which regulate the principles of licensing activity in the field of land relations; and the author has formed own vision of the ways of unification of permit procedures in the field of land relations.
