Myroshnychenko M. Legal support of information security of the state

The theoretical and legal foundations of the functioning of information security of the state and its place in the system of ensuring the national security of the state are determined. The problematics of ensuring of information security of the state in the conditions of the development and spread of globalization processes, as well as through the prism of the properties of changing parameters in space and time are considered, also two approaches are distinguished: static and dynamic. Under present conditions, the most urgent issue is the issue of creating the necessary legal conditions for the state's information security through a comprehensive settlement and appropriate legal protection of this institution. The influence of globalization processes on the development of the domestic information space is revealed. Information security is one of the most important concepts in science and in various spheres of human activity. The analysis of different approaches to the definition of the content of this concept leads to the need for further scientific developments in this field. The use of the integral approach, by which information security is determined by the outline of the most important of its essential features, taking into account the constant dynamics of globalization information systems, is optimal.
