Ivantsov V. Administrative and Legal Involvement of Public for the Measures to Prevent Corruption

The author of the dissertation has presented theoretical generalization and a new solution to the scientific problem – the definition of the essence and peculiarities of administrative and legal regulation of the involvement of public for the measures to prevent corruption, the elaboration of propositions concerning the ways to improve administrative legislation in this area. The genesis of legal regulation of public involvement for the measures to prevent corruption has been revealed. The current state of research of the problem of public participation in the prevention of corruption has been characterized. The author has determined the concept and has revealed the importance of involving public for the measures to prevent corruption. The legal principles of involving public for the measures to prevent corruption have been outlined; and the place among them of the norms of administrative law has been clarified. The principles of public involvement into anti-corruption measures have been distinguished and analyzed. The forms and methods of involving public for the measures to prevent corruption have been characterized. The author has suggested perspective directions for improvement of interaction between public and state authorities in preventing corruption. The author has provided propositions and recommendations aimed at improving public control in the field of preventing corruption.
