Pitatieliev V. Administrative and legal protection of agricultural land in Ukraine

In the thesis, based on the theory of administrative law, domestic and foreign legislation, achievements of the public administration, a new solution of the scientific task on the development of administrative and legal protection of agricultural land in Ukraine is given. The concept is developed and the content of active administrative actions of positive and negative character of subjects of public administration on restoration of the violated rights of subjects of the right of the land property of public interest of the state and a society as a whole in this sphere is revealed.The concept of administrative and legal protection of agricultural land in Ukraine as a set of coordinated by the purpose of active administrative activities of public administration entities of a positive and negative nature with respect to restoring the violated rights of subjects of land ownership and public interest in preserving the quantitative and qualitative characteristics of arable land and other lands, as the leading factors in providing people with food, and in general the survival of the people on land, as well as the guilty persons in violation of the relevant land regime in the administrative responsibility. A comparative analysis of the effective experience of the EU member states and Ukraine has been carried out, and administrative and legal protection of agricultural lands. For the European Union, the policy of rural development is implemented on the basis of the EU Communiqué "The future of the rural society".
