Essay

In the thesis is considered an experience of foreign countries and on the basis of created optimization model it was developed the method of recycling of waste of life by separating rubbish into fractions and cultivating each component, which can be realized on the market in the second time. A comprehensive theoretical analysis of the current state of the waste recycling area, the validity of the organizational and economic foundations for their utilization and ways to solve the problem of waste accumulation, in particular in rural areas, are considered; based on the developed economic and mathematical model of the estimated impact of the functioning of garbage dumps on macroeconomic indicators, taking into account the environmental factor. It was revealed that garbage landfills adversely affects to the rural population living in the zone of influence by their functioning, the quality of agricultural products is deteriorating, and incidence rates are increasing. A model for calculating the efficiency of waste utilization is proposed and the expediency of using the function of social welfare as an integral indicator of the quality of life of the population is shown. It is proved that the use of spatial data is an effective tool for assessing damage at the regional level from the use of polygons near social and economic objects. Based on the developed models and methods for estimating the cost of land and structuring the population in relation to waste sorting, recommendations are given on the solution of the problem of utilization of household waste in the rural areas.
