Rybak K. Town-Planning Activity as the Object of Administrative and Legal Regulation

The dissertation is focused on studying the issues of administrative and legal regulation of town-planning activity in Ukraine. Town-planning activity has been considered as the object of legal regulation. The objects of town-planning activity have been characterized. The essence and methods of administrative and legal regulation of town-planning activity have been clarified. The main tools used by public administration to provide administrative and legal regulation of town-planning activity have been highlighted. The author has researched international experience of legal regulation of town-planning activity in the countries of the Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS) – the Republic of Belarus, the Republic of Kazakhstan and in the European country – the Federal Republic of Germany.
