The dissertation is devoted to the comprehensive study of the concept, legal nature and classification of constitutional principles of the justice execution in Ukraine, the peculiarities of legal regulation of the principles of justice in foreign countries and at the international legal level.The paper analyzes the history of the formation and development of constitutional principles of the justice execution, their definition, role, meaning and classification. The issue of the implementation of constitutional principles of the justice execution in the acts of the Constitutional Court of Ukraine and the courts of general jurisdiction, ways of improving their legal regulation has been researched.
