Object of research - the process of managing the provision of intelligent services in networks next generation. The aim of the thesis is to solve a complex of scientific and technical issues related to research, improvements, models and methods for assessing the effectiveness of management of the provision of intelligent services in next- generation networks. Scientific novelty obtained results. The analytical model of an intellectual superstructure with a centralized principle of managing the provision of IP taking into account the self-similarity of the flow of IP applications, provides the ability to determine the required network resources to provide the required value effectiveness of management of the provision of IP. The method for determining the complex the criterion of the effectiveness of management of the provision of IP with an intellectual superstructure NGN, which unlike known ones, allows to take into account the self-similarity of traffic to IP, as well as structural network characteristics. The method of evaluation of functional survivability was further developed intelligent add-on NGN, which allows you to determine whether at least one functions of a certain class of IS. The methods of constructing imitation models of management processes for the provision of IP with an intellectual superstructure, which, in contrast from existing ones, allow to take into account the self-similarity of traffic to IP. The practical importance of results. The results of simulation have shown that accounting for the self-similarity of traffic to IP makes it possible to more accurately assess the effectiveness of management of the provision of IP in networks of the next generation, namely, the value of the efficiency criterion is reduced by not less than 38%. The results of the dissertation work have found practical application in research work Educational and Scientific Institute of Computer Systems and Technologies "Industry 4.0" them. P.N. A number of provisions of the thesis applied in the scientific and technical activities of the State Enterprise Ukrainian Scientific-Research Institute of Radio and Television (SE UNIIRT), in particular, during the conduct of research "Development of recommendations on a unified methodology for determining service quality indicators telecommunication network of mobile (Mobile) communication of general use "(IDR 0117U006983). In the GPSS and NS-2 environments, the software of the simulation system management of IP provision in NGN, implementing improved methods for assessing effectiveness management of the provision of IP. The results ofscientific research are implemented in the scientific-research and educational work of the Educational Scientific Institute of Computer Systems and Technologies "Industry 4.0" named after P.M. Platonov Odessa National Academy of Food Technology, in the project work of the State Enterprise of the State Enterprise UNIIRT.
