Essay

The dissertation has been devoted to create of new epoxy nanocomposites and coatings on their basis with improved adhesion, physico-mechanical, anticorrosive properties, hydroabrasive wear resistance for the equipment of the automotive and shipbuilding industry which are working under the influence of external factors. It has been established by experimental means that the optimum range of nano and dispersion fillers in an epoxy binder. The peculiarities of the destruction have been submitted of the shock loading of epoxy composites with different carbon nanotubes content, which have been allowed to develop the new materials that can counteract the natural form of the shock loading. The main and additional fillers have been optimized for the formation of coatings of functional purpose by the method of mathematical planning of the experiment. In the process of formation of the developed materials have been improved the operational characteristics due to improved interphase interaction. As a result of experimental studies, composite materials with nano and dispersion fillers, the technology of their formation and application have been developed in order to improve the operational characteristics of parts which are operating under conditions of influence of aggressive environments, temperature changes. The results of study have been introduced into the enterprises of the automotive and shipbuilding industry, namely: the results of study have been introduced at the Private Enterprise “Engineering Bureau Korvet” (Ukraine, the city of Kherson), Limited Liability Company “LECH-POL DYSTRYBUCJA” (Poland)
