Essay

Public-private partnership as an institutional phenomenon of interaction between government and business. Development of a conceptual approach to improving the institutional mechanism of public-private partnership in the context of decentralization of power in Ukraine. Methods: dialectical, statistical, comparative analysis. The conceptual vision of improving public-private partnership in terms of international practices of territorial, institutional, organizational decentralization and decentralization of structural and institutional interaction between state and business entities is revealed. The results are implemented in the practice of public administration.
