Essay

The dissertation is devoted to the study of peculiarities of chronic heart failure course depending on the lost or preserved renal function. The study involved 120 patients with chronic heart failure including 60 patients with arterial hypertension with preserved renal function and 60 patients with chronic kidney disease stage V, corrected by hemodialysis. The advantages of fosinopril and meldonium dihydrate use during the background of basic therapy were proved. Practical recommendations for the diagnosis and determination of the algorithm for the treatment of chronic heart failure in patients depending on the function of the kidneys have been formulated.
