Іn the dissertation on monographic level investigates the theoretical and practical aspects of fraud in relation to objects of real estate of citizens are investigated. The peculiarities of legislative regulation of legal relations in the sphere of real estate turnover and factors that predetermine the occurrence of criminal manifestations in this area are determined, the essence of forensic characteristics of this category of crimes, its constituent elements, content, and also correlation relations between them are established.
