Zadnieprovska H. Formation and realization of innovative potential of Ukrainian industry in conditions of knowledge economy

In the dissertation work the theoretical generalization and suggested directions of the decision of an important scientific and practical task concerning formation and realization of innovative potential of industry of Ukraine in the conditions of knowledge economy were made. It is proposed to consider the innovative potential of industry as an institution, that is, the socio-economic form of typification of the functions of industry, which determines their status and role in the system of innovation development and forms a system of relations of the functional structure of the accumulation of innovation capital. The factors influencing the efficiency of formation and realization of innovation potential of industry in the conditions of knowledge economy are systematized: exogenous and endogenous. The necessity of improving the system of regulation of the formation of the innovation potential of industry is grounded, which should be based on the principle of structuring on the distribution of state and market functions. The proposed methodology for assessing the effectiveness of the formation of the innovation potential of industry. The functional model of the effectiveness of the state regulation of the formation and implementation of the innovative potential of Ukrainian industry in the conditions of the knowledge economy, which involves the unification of such participants as: the state, the scientific and educational sector, industry and the public, is developed. It is noted that among the most effective means of realization of innovative potential of industry is application of cluster approach and complex technology of development of programs of innovative development of industry. The components of the complex mechanism of formation and realization of innovative potential in the conditions of knowledge economy are determined. The tool of estimation and forecasting of efficiency of formation of innovative potential of industry of Ukraine is offered.
