The methodical approaches to assessing the level of competitiveness of agricultural enterprises are analyzed. The business potential of competitiveness formation in the enterprises is analyzed. The significance of personnel potential and innovative support in formation and development of competitiveness of agricultural enterprises is shown. The efficiency of production and productivity of economic activity of enterprises is determined. The competitiveness of agricultural enterprises and the policy of their support in the market environment are assessed. The projected estimation of prospects of efficiency and competitiveness in agricultural enterprises is offered. Proposals for the formation of an effective business environment for innovation support and competitiveness development are developed. The conceptual vision of strategic priorities of the policy of improving environment for the formation and development of competitiveness in agricultural enterprises is formulated.
