Mykhalchenko S. Pathogenetic substantiation of prophylaxis and treatment of periodontal diseases in tire workers

It was shown that negative factors of tire production leads to high prevalence and intensity of teeth caries lesion(100%), periodontal tissue diseases (100%), reduced level of hygiene in the oral cavity (unsatisfactory - 58.6%). The presence of mutations and heterozygotes in the genes of detoxification (71% - heterozygotes, 29% - complete mutations) of proinflammatory and anti-inflammatory genes (66,7% - heterozygotes, 33,3% - mutations), regulating mineral metabolism and bone metabolism took place in the body. In addition, there were violations in the bone tissue architectonics of workers, which caused a decrease of 34% compared with the norm of the integral index of bone quality. The application of the developed therapeutic and prophylactic complex in the experiment on rats against the background of modeling of harmful factors of production showed its high efficiency. Conducting 2 times a year developed treatment and prophylactic measures that included detoxification, adaptogenic, antioxidant, immunomodulating, capillary and anti-inflammatory actions regulating microbiocenosis, significantly improved the dental status, biochemical parameters of oral liquid and blood, functional reactions of the microcapillary bed and clear their barrier protection.
