The dissertation is devoted to the detailed consideration of the processes of formation and development of organizational and legal forms of ensuring public order in rural areas. The organizational and functional specificity of the activity of subjects involved in ensuring public order in rural areas, prevention of offenses, interaction of public authorities with civil society institutes is examined. Particular attention is paid to solving the problem of achieving the comprehensive use of forces and means for ensuring public order in rural areas.
