Andrashko Y. Information technology of evaluation of the scientific research results based on the project-vector models

The dissertation work is devoted to the development of information technology of evaluation the results of scientific activity of subjects of educational spaces: higher educational establishments, departments of the higher educational establishments, scientists, etc. The information technology includes the set model and the mathematical model for representing the results of scientific research of subjects of educational space. Also it includes the evaluation methods such as the method of complex evaluation based on calculation of the volume of m-simplexes and the PR-q method based on the analysis of the co-citation graph. The method of automatic identification of scientific research areas is improved. The method made possible to evaluate the scientific research area as a separate subject of the educational space. The methods to consider the estimates as the dynamic values and to forecast their changes, in particular to forecast the potential scientific research areas are improved in this work. The developed methods of evaluation of research activities are implemented as micro services of the information-analytical system "The base of scientists of Ukraine".
