The dissertation is devoted to the solution of the complex of scientific and technical issues related to the optimization of the parameters of the networks of the future to increase the efficiency of its functioning, and to solve problems of increasing the noise immunity of information transmission. The paper analyzes the main tasks concerning the evolutionary transition of the modern telecommunication network to the future network, including sensory networks. The method of general synthesis of the network structure of the future is improved, which is based on the algorithm of solving the problem of optimizing the parameters of future networks on the basis of the theory of random processes. The method of partial synthesis of the network structure of the future, based on the introduction of corrective communication network in the existing network structure by criterion of the maximum of increase in the probability of connection of the network structure, which allows to maximize the index of functional stability of the network of the future, is developed. The mathematical model of the future network, based on the theory of random processes, is proposed. The estimation of functional stability of the network structure of the future is determined. The model of functioning of the future network with the use of the adaptation mechanism in the process of information routing in the quasi-real time scale is developed.
