Bohdanets A. The administrative and legal principles of the training of lawyers in institutions of higher education of Ukraine

The thesis provides a comprehensive and systematic study of the legal and administrative framework for the training of lawyers in institutions of higher education of Ukraine. The normative and legal acts on the training of lawyers in institutions of higher education of Ukraine are described. The concept and essence of public administration of the training of lawyers in institutions of higher education of Ukraine are defined. The system and the administrative and legal status of the bodies for the training of lawyers in institutions of higher education of Ukraine are revealed. The essence and types of forms and methods of public administration in the investigated sphere are characterized. The foreign experience of the administrative and legal regulation of the training of lawyers in institutions of higher education of Ukraine is analysed. The emphasis is on the need to develop sectoral standards for higher legal education, improving the administrative and legal principles of the organization and activities of higher education institutions of Ukraine. The main strategic directions of reforming the training of lawyers in institutions of higher education of Ukraine in the context of the competent approach are determined.
