In dissertation work the researches devoted to increase the efficiency of system administrators work concerning maintenance and support sites by means of automation processes of information-analytical processing of sites text data were carried out. Analysis of problems associated with the creation and maintenance of sites that occur during the system administrators of sites perform the maintenance and support of sites were carried out. Based on an overview of the existing solutions and site support strategies, it is concluded that special attention should be paid to the correct structure of the site, as well as outdated and contradictory information in the text data of the sites for its successful promotion and exploitation in the Internet.
