Savenkova V. Legal regulation of banking relations in Ukraine and member states of the European Union

The dissertation is a complex research of problems of legal regulation of banking relations in Ukraine and EU member states in the light of European integration. In the dissertation the author solves a number of scientific problems concerning the development of theoretical, legal and practical principles aimed on regulation of banking relations in Ukraine and EU member states in the context of European integration processes, as well as the main measures of adaptation of banking legislation of Ukraine in accordance with the requirements of the EU laws. The thesis is the first comprehensive legal research, which analyses the program documents in the area of national banking system adaptation in accordance with EU requirements. New theoretical and practical provisions and conclusions have been made as the result of the research.
