Pohrishchuk O. Investment provision of innovative intensive development of horticulture of Ukraine

The Object - the processes of forming an investment system for innovative intensive horticulture development. The goal is to deepen theoretical and conceptual foundations and develop scientific practical recommendations on improving investments into innovative intensive horticulture in Ukraine which will widen the range of the branch opportunities in manufacturing fruit products. Methods – dialectic; abstract logical; monographic; graphic; correlation-regression; economic-mathematic modeling; balance and program targeted. Results - the main statements of the thesis are shaped as scientific and practical developments and recommendations on putting forward and implementing proposals aimed at improving the system of investment supply into the innovative intensive horticulture development. Novelty – the model of rating assessment of the horticulture development in Ukraine was developed on the basis of a complex criterion of regions differentiation by realization constituents of investment innovative processes; the concept of “investment supply of innovative intensive horticulture development” has been improved and proposed to be regarded as a combination of organizational economic measures of raising and utilizing investment resources; scientific conceptual approaches to factor differentiation of economic growth at innovative intensive production type have been developed as well as principles, methods and forms of their influence on the system of an organized multiphase process of integrating a scientific concept of innovative intensive development into farming practice; methodical principles of assessing horticulture development through substantiating new scientific methods of assessing the branch development have been substantiated; theoretic methodical approaches to the improved goal setting model while substantiating the strategy of innovative intensive development have been developed; scientific theoretic approaches to systematization of sources and methods of investment supply according to the branch specifics have been developed; scientific methodical approaches to innovations realization in horticulture according to the defined ways of branch development have been proposed; theoretic methodological approaches to identifying the subject-functional content of realization of the innovative intensive horticulture development have been substantiated; strategic principle of innovative-intensive horticulture development in Ukraine in the context of improving the system of investment supply of innovative intensive horticulture development have been developed. These findings have been implemented in the activity of the Department of the agricultural development, ecology and natural resources of Vinnytsia regional state administration, Lityn district state administration of Vinnytsia region, SE “Experimental farm of Podillia experimental station of the Institute of Horticulture NAAS of Ukraine” , as well as into the educational process of the Vinnytsia training and research institute of economics of Ternopil national economic university.
