Sulim V. The administrative and legal status of economic courts in Ukraine

The dissertation presents the solution of the scientific problem of the administrative and legal status of economic courts in Ukraine and proposes a number of conclusions, proposals and recommendations. The author's periodization of the formation and development of the state system of economic courts of Ukraine and the four main periods of this process are outlined. The types of administrative legal relations are considered on the example of activity of economic courts. It is proved that the Economic Court is endowed with a range of powers enshrined in the norms of administrative law, which are realized both during the economic process and outside it. The study of the administrative and legal status of economic courts, the status of which with the adoption of new legislative acts is characterized by an increase in the scope of administrative powers and confirmed by the jurisdiction of cases of administrative offenses. The place and role of economic courts in the modern judicial system of Ukraine are revealed. The main purpose of the subjects, which ensure the functioning and activity of economic courts, is being analyzed, and suggestions are made regarding the improvement of such activity.
