Zelenov A. Enforcement of judicial decisions in administrative cases.

The dissertation is devoted to research of the problem of the implementation of court decisions in administrative cases. The obligatory nature of court decisions in administrative court proceedings is analyzed, it is determined which court decisions, adopted under the rules of the Code of Administrative Justice of Ukraine, are enforceable, as well as which entities perform such court decisions.The procedure of voluntary and enforcement execution of court decisions of administrative courts is considered, arguments are given regarding the consideration of execution of court decisions as stages of administrative process. The form of judicial and extrajudicial control over execution of judicial decisions in administrative cases is explored. The normative-legal acts, which regulate the procedure for execution of court decisions in administrative cases, are analyzed. Formed proposals for their improvement. The mechanisms of compensation for a person for violation of reasonable time limits for execution of court decisions, including in administrative cases, as legal means for implementation of final court decisions are proposed.
