Koshkosh O. Administrative proceedings in cases, concerning execution of court decisions and decisions of other authorities

Dissertation is the complex of scientific research dedicated to the entity and features of the administrative proceedings in cases, court decisions and decisions of other authorities related to the process of court decision execution. It was well-proven that the legal proceedings in cases of administrative jurisdiction, related to implementation of court decisions and decisions of other authorities, are the key part of the administrative proceedings and do not belong to the executive enforcement, and are not the stage of the enforcement also, in which the court decision has been made that is on implementation. Administrative court control's forms after execution of court decisions and decisions of other authorities have been outlined, certain principles concerning the criteria for determination of jurisdiction of cases relating to actions, inactivity, decisions of the authorized actors on implementation of such decisions have been specified, advisability of administrative jurisdiction determination in these cases has been argued
