Prudnyk S. Administrative and legal means of ensuring environmental safety in Ukraine

The dissertation is a complex research on administrative and legal means which are aimed at providing the ecological security. The author formulated a range of its original suggestions concerning alterations and amendments which should be incorporated to effective Ukrainian legal acts and he also grounded that newly acts should be adopted. Under the aim, the author investigated the ecological security as an object of administrative and legal regulation, he specified some branch-wise categories, investigated the grounds, order and peculiarities for implementing the administrative and legal measures which are aimed at providing the ecological security depending on their groups: forced and non-forced character, he generalized the foreign experience of providing the ecological security by administrative and legal means, he worked out recommendations to improve the mechanism of using the administrative and legal means to provide the ecological security
