Bilous Z. Legal regulation of supervision and control over observance of labor legislation in Ukraine and the countries of European Union

The dissertation is devoted to the study of legal principles of supervision and control over observance of labor legislation and consists of three sections. The research describes the legal nature of supervision and control over the observance of labor legislation and the role of the state in realization of control and supervision activity in the field of labor. It is exposed the EU legislation on supervising and controlling over observance of labor legislation. There are determined the peculiarities of legal regulation of supervision and control over observance of labor legislation in France, Germany and Poland. It is substantiated the proposals on implementation of foreign experience of legal regulation of supervision and control in Ukraine. It is highlighted the state of observance of the requirements of the international and European labor law standards in the draft Labor Code of Ukraine. The research is accompanied by proposals and recommendations for the improvement of labor legislation in Ukraine, which regulates supervision and control over the observance of labor legislation
