Essay

Object of investigation: central serous chorioretinopathy. The aim of the study: increase the effectiveness of treatment of patients with central serous chorioretinopathy by including in the scheme of treatment of antibiotic therapy on the basis of study the role Helicobacter рylori in pathogenesis CSC. Methods: spectral optical coherence tomography, fluorescence angiography retina, visometry, static computer perimetry, test amsler, audit color perception via pigmented tables Rabkina, biomicroscopy, ophthalmoscopy, tonometry, autorefractometry, methods Statistical processing the material. The features of functional changes of the retina in the CSC Hp-positive patients in relation to the Hp-negative are found. Namely, the lower visual acuity with correction (0.71) in 1.2 times and the increase of the scotoma size (10.9 × 11.8 °) in 1,3 times, as well as an increase of frequency of inhomogeneous (36,3% of eyes) and absolute scotomas (13,3% of eyes) in 1,6 and 2,6 times, metamorphosy (69,9% of eyes) in 1,2 times, color perception (86,1% of eyes) in 1,1 times. Scientific data on the character of morphological changes of the retina in Hp-positive patients with CSC in relation to Hp-negative were obtained, namely the lower frequency of detection of the "filtration point" (88.4% of eyes) in 1.1 times and the higher frequency of numerous "filtration points" "(18.5% of eyes) 2.4 times," filtration points "in the form of" rising smoke" (10.6 % of eyes) 2.1 times, defects of the PES (37.2% of eyes) in 1,6 times, combined detachment of the neuroepithelium and PES (15.9% of eyes) in 2.1 times, the width of the bubble with subretinal fluid (3690 microns) in 1.2 times, as well as the lower height of the bubble with subretinal fluid (219 μm), the central retinal thickness (175 μm), and the total central foveolar thickness (395 μm) in 1,3 times. Implementation into practice. The proposals for implementation of the clinical practice of the Eye Hospital of St. Luka have been developed in Kirovograd, eye department of the Vinnytsia City Clinical Hospital number 3, eye department of the Kalinovsky Central District Hospital.
