The dissertation summarizes the economic essence and existing classification features of organizational and economic relations in the process of material and technical support of agricultural enterprises and highlights its main components. The peculiarities of the formation of organizational and economic relations in the process of material and technical support of agricultural enterprises under the conditions of modernization changes of the national economy were described, and methodological approaches to assessing their state in the system of agricultural enterprises management were revealed. The priority factors of the development of organizational and economic relations in the process of material and agro-service provision were analyzed and the state and trends of the change of technical and infrastructural support of agricultural enterprises were researched; the procedure for receipt of material and technical resources for agricultural enterprises was identified; directions of improvement of inter-farm organizational and economic relations in the process of material and technical support of agricultural enterprises on the basis of clusterizationwas made. It was proposedthe structural and logical scheme of formation of the integrated system of information management of organizational and economic relations in the process ofmaterial and technical agricultural enterprises and a systematic assessment of their status; the elements of the system of support of making managerial decisions on improvement of organizational and economic relations in the process of material and technical support of agricultural enterprises were substantiated.
